
Hi, everyone! My name is Sonia and I have lots of great things to share with you on the Walk the Talk blog. And I invite you to take a walk with me and get to know about my journey to health and wellness.
Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about nutrition, eating a balanced diet, and how to read food labels. Also, I’ve learned that staying active and eating a balance diet are the most important components of a healthy lifestyle. The best part of being healthy is that I feel great and only see my doctor once a year!
I also participate in various race events. This year I will participate in my seventh half marathon and sixth full marathon. I’m also a member of the Blue Streaks running and Blue Soles walking clubs at work. Besides participating in these clubs and events, I also stay healthy and active by going to the gym at least three times a week.
