Hi, I’m Anna! Welcome to the IBX Healthy Steps Blog!

In the past year, I’ve accomplished many of my healthy goals by learning about eating the right foods, indulging every now and then (80/20 rule), and planning time to be healthy, both mentally and physically.

The Lithe Method is an inspirational workout community that is offered in the Philadelphia area and has been a major influence in getting me to this point in my life. I also believe that you don’t have to go to a gym to get a good workout. Even when I am short on time, I’ve learned how to use my own body weight and household items to fit in some exercise.

I try to eat meals that consist of fresh, locally-grown foods. But, for those nights out in Philly, I’ve also learned a few tricks to eating healthy while in the restaurants around the city.

My goal is to continue to live a healthy lifestyle and I’d love to share my tips and tricks with you along the way. Enjoy!
