Hi, I’m Ashley! Welcome to the IBX Healthy Steps Blog! I have always struggled with weight loss and feel like I am constantly trying to reach my goal weight. My biggest goals are to find a balance between eating healthy and exercising, so that I feel good on both the inside and out.

In the past, I have tried the most ridiculous fad diets and exercise classes. Some have worked…others have not. So, I need YOUR help to get me back on track! I am basically willing to try anything: a new diet fad (as long as it’s healthy, of course), a new type of workout (as long as it doesn’t have anything to do with heights), or a new healthy recipe (as long as it doesn’t contain peppers or anything too spicy).

Each month, I will try something new and let you know if it worked for me and how it might work for you. Enjoy!
